Warranty and customer service

Servicing does not only involve the warranty period. Even after this period has ended, we provide regular inspections and, in the case of the occurrence of any failure, we will also help to remedy the defect in a non-warranty period. In the event of any unexpected accident(s) our team of technicians will set off to fix it as quickly as possible.

We cannot just leave you hung out to dry

We know that flawless operation is important for you and therefore, in the event of any defect occurring, we will react immediately. After finding the cause of the failure we will promptly embark on making repairs, thereby minimalising operational restrictions.
